Yoga Services

Vinyasa is the synchronization of breath with movement, generally taught as one breath, one movement. In her vinyasa classes, Lisa aims for the environment to be fun, playful, and challenging, filled with modifications and variations to help yogis tailor their practice to their needs. She encourages yogis to listen to their bodies and find their edge each time they come to the mat. Lisa teaches classes for yogis of all levels – newbies to advanced.

Music is an important element of Lisa’s yoga classes. She likes high energy music that matches the flow and pace of the practice from centering through savasana (final relaxation). Lisa likes her music to be fun and creates playlists that relate to the time of year and holidays.

New Student Information Form and Waiver of Responsibility: All new students will be required to complete a new student information and waiver of responsibility form. Click here to obtain a copy of the form.

Pricing Contact: lisannedc@gmail.com to discuss rates. Rates may be subject to additional charges due to travel time, group size, and/or special accommodations.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation shall be made via e-mail or students(s) will be charged for the full session. For private sessions, notice should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the session; for group sessions, parties, and special events, notice should be made at least 48 hours in advance of the start of the session and additional charges may apply.

Lisa is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT-200, RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance and is insured.
